Kerala HC Directs State DHS to Constitute Special Medical Boards - (17 Mar 2021)

Kerala High Court has directed the State Directorate of Health Services (DHS) to constitute Special Medical Boards throughout the State, for the purpose of assessing the levels of disability among children with special needs and issuing disability certificates to them.
