Madras HC Quashes Criminal Proceedings Against Advocate for Indulging in CAA Protests - (16 Mar 2021)

Madras High Court has quashed the criminal proceedings initiated against an advocate for indulging in protests against the Citizenship Amendment Act, 2019 in Chennai in December 2019.
