Delhi HC Seeks Centre's Response on Petition for Inclusion of Severe Mental Illness as Comorbidity - (16 Mar 2021)

Delhi High Court has sought the Centre's response on a petition seeking directions for the inclusion of mental illnesses in the classification of comorbidities for purposes of Covid-19 vaccination. The Court has additionally sought responses from the Central Mental Health Authority and the National Expert Group on Vaccine Administration for Covid-19.
