SC: Writ Petition Not Maintainable Against Orders Passed by State Consumer Commission - (16 Mar 2021)

Supreme Court has opined that a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1949 challenging judgments and orders passed by the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission is not maintainable.
