SC Issues Notice in PIL Challenging PG Ayurveda Qualified Persons from Practicing Modern Surgeries - (15 Mar 2021)

Supreme Court has issued notice in plea filed challenging the Regulations framed by Central Council of Indian Medicine (CCIM) seeking to permit PG Ayurveda qualified persons to practice modern surgeries.
