Bombay HC Reprimands Municipal Corporation for Failure to Comply with Order on Illegal Constructions - (15 Mar 2021)

CIVIL

Bombay High Court has reprimanded eight municipal corporations and the Maharashtra State's Urban Development Department (UDD) for their failure to comply with an order to provide information on illegal constructions in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) and action taken against them.
