Patna HC Suggests Reservation for Transgender Community on Regular Basis Under OBC Category - (11 Mar 2021)

SERVICE

Patna High Court has said that reservation on regular basis can be confined up to O.B.C. category for transgender, so as to uplift the lifestyle and education of the persons.
