Delhi HC Directs Police to Provide Protection to Run-away Homosexual Wife - (11 Mar 2021)

Delhi High Court has directed Police to provide protection to a woman who ran away from her matrimonial home saying she was a homosexual, but was threatened by her husband, parents and in-laws she would be “cured” of her sexual orientation.
