ITAT, Bangalore: Income of Assessee to be Estimated at 8% of Gross Turnover - (10 Mar 2021)

DIRECT TAXATION

Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT), Bangalore has ruled that the income of the assessee be estimated at 8% of the gross turnover if books of accounts not maintained by the assessee.
