Calcutta HC: Writ Jurisdiction Shall Exist IBC Matters Despite Alternative Remedy - (10 Mar 2021)

Calcutta High Court held that the writ jurisdiction can be invoked in the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) matters, despite the availability of an alternative remedy.
