Gujarat HC Questions Jungadh District Over Invoking PASA Act Against Family - (10 Mar 2021)

CRIMINAL

Gujarat High Court has questioned the Junagadh district authorities for invoking Prevention of Anti-social Activities Act, 1985 against a family of six persons, including two female members of the family, for a lockdown violation in April last year.
