Delhi HC Issues Notice on Plea Challenging Information Technology Rules, 2021 - (09 Mar 2021)

Delhi High Court has issued notice on petition challenging Information Technology (Guidelines for Intermediaries and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, notified by the Centre, under the Information Technology Act, 2000 to regulate digital news media.
