Supreme Court Stays Demolition of Dargah Mubarak Khan Saheed, Gorakhpur - (09 Mar 2021)

CIVIL

Supreme Court has ordered stay on any further demolition of any structure at Dargah Mubarak Khan Shaheed at Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh. The Court has restrained the demolition till disposal of the proceedings pending under the Uttar Pradesh Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorised Occupants) Act, 1972.
