Bombay HC: Non-IPC Offences Punishable Up to 3 Years are Cognizable and Non-Bailable - (08 Mar 2021)

CRIMINAL

Bombay High Court has reiterated that non-Indian Penal Code, 1860 offences punishable with "up to three years" will be categorised as cognizable and non-bailable.
