SC Issues Notice to Centre in Plea Seeking Repatriation of an Indian Army Captain - (05 Mar 2021)

CRIMINAL

Supreme Court has issued notice in plea seeking directions to the Centre to take immediate steps for the repatriation or release of the petitioner's son Capt. Sanjit Bhattacharjee who's been in Pakistan's jail for more than 23 years.
