SC Seeks Centre's Response on Plea Against Blanket Ban on Blood Donation by Transgenders - (05 Mar 2021)

Supreme Court has sought response from the Central Government on a writ petition challenging the blood donor guidelines in so far as they impose a blanket ban on Transgender persons, female sex workers, etc. from donating blood.
