SC Issues Notice on Plea Filed by ED Challenging Bail Granted to M Sivasankar - (05 Mar 2021)

CRIMINAL

Supreme Court has issued notice on the petition filed by the Enforcement Directorate challenging the bail granted to M Sivasankar IAS, former Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister of Kerala, by the Kerala High Court in the gold smuggling case.
