Karnataka HC Directs Registry to Take Immediate Steps to Appoint Judicial Officer - (05 Mar 2021)

Karnataka High Court has suggested to its registry to take immediate steps to appoint a Judicial Officer to the designated court to whom all pending 56 cases in Bengaluru Urban District under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967, can be transferred.
