J & K HC: Anticipatory Bail Granted to Gujarat Resident Accused of Sending Obscene Messages - (04 Mar 2021)

CRIMINAL

Jammu and Kashmir High Court has granted interim anticipatory bail until March 18 to a Gujarat resident accused of attacking the religion of and sending obscene messages to Shehla Rashid via social media.
