Supreme Court: Cancellation of Examination by Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board Upheld - (04 Mar 2021)

SERVICE

Supreme Court has upheld the cancellation of the Tier-I and Tier-II examinations held in 2009 for recruitment to the post of Head Clerk [(Grade II (DASS)] Delhi Subordinate Services. While giving the judgment the Court remarked, “Selection Board Recruitment to public services must command public confidence.”
