SC Dismisses Plea Seeking Allocation of Separate Funds for Judiciary - (03 Mar 2021)

CIVIL

Supreme Court has dismissed for non prosecution a Public Interest Litigation filed seeking directions for allocation of separate and adequate funds for Judiciary, when Counsels failed to appear even on a second call.
