Delhi HC Seeks Response on Plea Against Differential Compensation for Major & Minor Riots Victims - (03 Mar 2021)

CRIMINAL

Delhi High Court has sought response from the Delhi government on its scheme for compensation of Delhi riots' victims, which has been alleged to be discriminatory for awarding different compensation amounts to families of major and minor deceased riots' victims.
