Bombay HC Pulls Up Govt., State Civic Body over Unsafe Beaches - (04 Feb 2016)

Bombay High Court has pulled up Maharashtra Government and Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai (MCGM) for not putting in place adequate safety measures on the beaches in the State.
