Punjab and Haryana HC Upholds Custody of Teenage Daughter with Mother - (01 Mar 2021)

Punjab & Haryana High Court has upheld the custody of a teenage daughter with her mother stating that there are so many things that a daughter can't discuss with her father and as such mother is the best person to take care of her daughter at growing age.
