Calcutta HC: Merely Obtaining Customary Divorce Will Not Attract Exception - (26 Feb 2021)

Calcutta High Court has held that merely obtaining a customary divorce will not attract the exception envisaged under Section 29(2) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1956.
