Companies Law Committee Submits Report to Government - (03 Feb 2016)

Companies Law Committee, constituted in June 2015 to make recommendations on issues related to implementation of Companies Act, 2013, has submitted its report to Government, proposing changes in 78 sections of the Act, which along with consequential changes,may result in about 100 amendments.
