Calcutta HC Sets Aside Order Removing Blind Professor on Grounds of Physical Disability - (25 Feb 2021)

Calcutta High Court has set aside an order removing a blind Professor from the position of Head of the Bengali Department by the Haringhata Mahavidyalaya, primarily on the ground of his physical disability.
