SC Refuses Modification of 'Permanent Commission to Women' Judgement - (25 Feb 2021)

DEFENCE

Supreme Court has denied modification of its judgement granting permanent commission to women officers in the Army, and has directed the officers to approach the Armed Forces Tribunal.
