Kerala HC Bars Aided School Teachers from Contesting Assembly Elections - (25 Feb 2021)

ELECTION

Kerala High Court has barred aided school teachers and non-teaching staff from contesting Assembly elections in a few public interest litigations seeking to prevent aided school teachers from contesting Assembly elections.
