SC: Consent Decree Recognizing Pre-Existing Rights Does Not Require Registration - (24 Feb 2021)

Supreme Court held that a consent decree based on admission recognising pre existing rights under Family settlement does not require registration under section 17(1)(b) of the Indian Registration Act, 1908.
