Delhi HC Seeks Govt.’s, SDMC’s Reply to PIL over Unfortunate Death of Students in Schools - (03 Feb 2016)

Delhi HC, while terming as unfortunate the death of two children after falling in tanks in their respective schools, has sought response of AAP Government, South Delhi Municipal Corporation (SDMC) and the school authorities.
