SC Issues Notice on Pleas Challenging Section 101A Inserted by Haryana in Land Acquisition Act - (19 Feb 2021)

LAND ACQUISITION

Supreme Court has issued notice on a batch of writ petitions which challenge Section 101A inserted by Haryana assembly in the Right to Fair Compensation Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act 2013.
