ITAT, Mumbai: Provisions of Book Profit Not Applicable When No Income Tax Payable - (19 Feb 2021)

DIRECT TAXATION

Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT), Mumbai has ruled that the provisions relating to Book Profit will not be applicable when there is no income tax payable on the normal provisions of the Income Tax Act, 1961.
