Madras HC Directs Narcotics Control Bureau to Pay Compensation to Petitioner-Accused - (17 Feb 2021)

CRIMINAL

Madras High Court has directed the Narcotics Control Bureau to pay a compensation of Rs. 1 lakh to the Petitioner-accused noting that the petitioner's right to speedy trial has been infringed.
