Delhi HC Grants Bail to Accused Who Allegedly was Linked to Khalistan Movement - (17 Feb 2021)

CRIMINAL

Delhi High Court has granted bail to an accused arrested under Unlawful Activities Prevention Act, 1967 charges for his alleged links to Khalistan movement.
