SC: Entire Waiver of Pre-Deposit for Filing Before DRAT is Impermissible - (17 Feb 2021)

Supreme Court observed that entire waiver of pre-deposit for filing appeal before Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal under Section 21 of the Recovery of Debts and Bankruptcy Act, 1993 is impermissible.
