Calcutta HC Directs State for Setting Up Grievance Redressal Forum u/s 11 of Transgender Act, 2019 - (16 Feb 2021)

CIVIL

Calcutta High Court has directed the Chief Secretary of the West Bengal State to take immediate steps to set up a Grievance Redressal Forum and Mechanism in the State in terms of Section 11 of Transgender (Protection of Rights) Act of 2019.
