District Consumer Redressal Forum, Bengaluru Directs Coaching Institute to Refund Fees - (16 Feb 2021)

CONSUMER

District Consumer Redressal Forum, Bengaluru has directed a coaching institute to refund the fee collected from a father whose daughter failed in the class 9 exams, holding the coaching institute liable for 'deficiency of service' under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
