Supreme Court Refers LGBT Matter to 5 Judges Bench - (02 Feb 2016)

Supreme Court, while leaving the door open for a review of colonial-era ban on gay sex in India, has agreed to hear Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender (LGBT) matter and referred it to 5 judge bench.
