Delhi HC Wraps Up Hearing in Rajendra Kumar Case - (02 Feb 2016)

Delhi HC has wrapped up hearings into a plea by CBI challenging a trial court order to hand over documents to Delhi Government, which were seized in a raid on its secretariat last month.
