Supreme Court Denies Bail to Gogoi in Anti-CAA Protest Case - (12 Feb 2021)

Supreme Court has refused to grant bail to activist Akhil Gogoi, who has been in jail since his arrest in December 2019 for his alleged role in violent protests against the CAA in Assam.
