Karnataka HC Begins Suo-Motu Contempt Proceedings Against Bar Associations which Boycotted Court Work - (12 Feb 2021)

CONTEMPT OF COURT

Karnataka High Court has ordered the Registrar General of the High Court to initiate suo-motu contempt proceedings against the office bearer of Bar Associations in the State who gave a call to its members for abstaining from court work.
