Delhi HC: How Can AAP Set Nursery Admissions Age Limit - (02 Feb 2016)

Delhi HC, while terming notification issued by AAP Government, fixing an upper age limit for nursery admission at four years, having no "legal sanctity" as it was not issued by the Lt. Governor, has wondered where the government got the power to issue such notification.
