Madhya Pradesh High Court has refused to grant bail to persons allegedly involved in Customs Duty evasion by undervaluing invoices. The applicants, Hitesh Nagwani and Sanjay are running the business of import through their proprietary firm M/s. Rudra Overseas, Indore.
