Kerala HC: E-Way Bill Mandatory Where Value of Each Invoice Individually Lower Than Rs 50k - (11 Feb 2021)

GOODS AND SERVICES TAX

Kerala High Court has ruled that E-Way Bill is mandatory for transporting goods where value of each invoice is lower than Rs 50,000 individually but exceeds Rs 50,000 when aggregate is calculated.
