CIC: No Need to Disclose Records Related to Dorje’s Visit - (02 Feb 2016)

Central Information Commission (CIC) , while observing that disclosure of documents related to visit of Ogyen Trinley Dorje to Sikkim can adversly affect internal security and strategic interest of India, has allowed Home Ministry to withhold the records.
