Rajya Sabha Passes National Capital Territory of Delhi Laws Second (Amendment) Bill, 2020 - (10 Feb 2021)

Rajya Sabha has passed the National Capital Territory of Delhi Laws (Special Provisions) Second (Amendment) Bill, 2020 by voice vote. The Bill seeks to extend the operation of the 2011 Act for a period of three years from January 1, 2021 to 31 December, 2023.
