Jammu and Kashmir High Court Dismisses Plea by Law Students Seeking Online Exams - (10 Feb 2021)

Jammu and Kashmir High Court has declined the plea by law students to conduct examination through on-line mode, observing that there cannot be any vested right for the students with regard to the mode in which the examination of students is to be conducted.
