Madras HC: Elected Office Bearers Not Allowed to Contest Bar Elections Consecutively - (10 Feb 2021)

Madras High Court has ruled that elected office bearers should not be allowed to contest for the second time consecutively with an aim to end monopoly in Bar Association Election. The Court has permitted such elected members to contest alternatively.
