Delhi HC Seeks AIIMS Reply on Plea Seeking Construction of Sewage Treatment Plan - (10 Feb 2021)

Delhi High Court has sought the reply of All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) on a plea seeking that the construction of a sewage treatment plant (STP) near residential colony of Gautam Nagar be stopped as it would be a health hazard for the residents and lead to stench.
